THE TEAM AT RIPPLE
Stephen
General Manager / Licensed Massage Therapist
Stephen, the Manager of our beloved facility, wears many hats around here! He strives to ensure that each visit is met with exceptional customer service and top-notch treatment, consistently exceeding expectations. An experienced leader in the industry, Stephen has also been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 9 years, having studied and trained at the Branford Hall Career Institute. Armed with years of hands-on experience and a vast knowledge of the body, Stephen works to provide a uniquely exceptional, effective massage for all clients. Funny enough, Stephen’s relationship with the Omni Hotel began as a parking valet, way back during his studies! Now his multifaceted career has truly come full circle in his current role as the Manager of Ripple, which is, of course, nestled within the Omni, a prime location for a wellness centre in downtown New Haven. His dedication to his craft and his clients shines through in everything he does, making Ripple a beautiful sanctuary of well-being and relaxation where customers feel cared for and catered to. When he’s not at Ripple, Stephen is probably fiercely competing on the pickleball court, or cheering on the Denver Broncos!

Jade
Assistant Manager
Meet Jade, our Assistant Manager here at Ripple! Jade works alongside Stephen to ensure customer satisfaction and to elevate guests’ experiences, and she is passionate about making sure that everyone who comes to Ripple leaves the space feeling better, more at peace and more at ease, than they did when they arrived. Jade is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, where she studied English Language & Literature. She discovered the power of mind-body care as a stress management tool as an undergraduate student, and loves that she is now able to promote healing practices to others in her role at Ripple. Jade’s favorite modality here is the infrared sauna (powered by Sunlighten™) and she also practices self-care by routinely getting lost in the pages of her favorite novels. She finds the escapism of storytelling to be an underrated form of healing, and is uber-quick with a book-recommendation! She is also a volunteer and peer advocate at a local crisis centre in Milford.
Kristin
Wellness Facilitator
Kristin is a dedicated and hardworking team member who brings her personal strengths as a wellness advocate to the forefront of her role as a Wellness Facilitator here at Ripple! Kristin is a full-time yoga instructor in New Haven, where she leads inclusive classes, creating a sanctuary for her students. Kristin’s passion for teaching is rooted in guiding others through their own exploration of the body, mind and spirit. She believes that strengthening this body-mind-spirit connection through wellness and embodiment practices fosters a creative and flourishing life! When she’s not on the mat or lending her expertise at Ripple, Kristin loves immersing herself in nature, attending live music events, practicing tarot, and creating collages. These activities, along with her yoga practice and regular use of the healing modalities here at Ripple, specifically cryotherapy (powered by CryoInnovations™) and infrared sauna (powered by Sunlighten™), nourish her spirit and keep her well! You can also often find Kristin leading community events that combine the healing practice of yoga with another therapeutic activity, such as hiking or potting plants, which speak to the power of self-care practices that are diverse, fun and multi-layered, which is what we’re all about here at Ripple!
Olivia
Licensed Massage Therapist / Wellness Facilitator
Olivia is a hybrid member of the Ripple team! She does it all, from providing expert float tips and tricks as a Wellness Facilitator, to coaching clients through the cool temps of cryotherapy, to providing incredible hands-on treatment as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Olivia has been honing her craft for over half a decade, after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (now the Cortiva Institute) in Newington. Olivia is passionate about mind-body wellness and finds that consistent self-care practices, such as a yoga, infrared sauna, and meditation, have had a profound healing effect on her whole body. Olivia feels as though she has found her calling in this industry, and continues to expand her knowledge of various healing modalities, with certifications in Reiki and the application of essential oils via the Raindrop Technique from the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (CARE). Olivia loves what she does, and loves witnessing the benefits of dedicated acts of healing on her clients, her community, and herself!

Jalisa
Licensed Massage Therapist
Our newest addition to the team, Jalisa brings years of training and practice to her craft, with a deep, intuitive understanding the body’s needs. She has been in the field for over 8 years, after receiving her education at the Cortiva Institute (formerly the Connecticut Center of Massage Therapy) where she realized her calling. Jalisa is passionate about wellness and bodywork, with the guiding philosophy that the “work” required to heal starts from within. With certifications in Reiki, as well as shamanic and indigenous practices, Jalisa uses her multifaceted skillset to assist others in their healing. She is a trauma-informed massage therapist who enjoys helping others release emotions “stuck” in their body. In her free time, Jalisa loves creative writing and dancing!
