SIMPLE TERMS
- 3 month minimum commitment (after initial commitment, cancel any time by calling or emailing before your next billing date)
- memberships auto renew monthly to your credit card on the date you sign up (example: sign up on the 5th and it will renew the following month on the 5th)
- service credits expire one year from the date of purchase
- Member Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or package prices (these are already discounted)
- all sales are final (refunds are not provided)
Payment Options
At Ripple we offer a variety of convenient payment options to suit your needs. We accept all major credit cards, cash, prepaid service credits, gift cards, and now HSA/FSA cards as well. HSA/FSA Cards may be used for purchasing Service Credits and Memberships. Please give us a call for assistance with these purchases! Please Note Our Policies Below
REFUNDS
- Please note that all sales are final. Refunds are not given.
- Purchasing a Service Credit is required to hold a reservation and will not be refunded for cancellation.
- You may reschedule per our rescheduling policy below. Your Service Credit will remain on your account, as long as you are cancelling within the permitted time frame. You may use your Service Credit for a future visit, or share it with anyone.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
- Rescheduling is allowed as long as it is arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
- To reschedule, please call and speak with someone or leave a detailed message at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
- Service Credits expire one year after purchase, unless otherwise specified in the terms of a specific promotion.
- Cancellation will result in a fee and the money for your Service Credit will not be refunded. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, or not showing up to an appointment (a “no-show”) is considered cancelling and your account will be marked with a Cancellation Fee*. Remember, you can always send someone in your place and avoid this fee.
*Our Cancellation Fee is the full cost of the service. If you have a Service Credit on your account, this will be used as your cancellation charge, and will be removed from your account. This means you will have to purchase another Service Credit to re-book a new appointment.
